This event is for any ACHS and ACHSI Members working in any area of the health system (e.g. hospitals, aged care, primary care, mental health, community care, dental services etc). It is open for clinical and non-clinical staff across all disciplines.

Meet Your Presenter

Ms Katie Robinson

Clinical Educator at the ACHS Improvement Academy

Katie is a dynamic and engaging presenter with over 20 years of experience in leadership and education. Her interactive style and warmth immediately put participants at ease, creating an environment that fosters learning and confidence.

Katie was a specialist trainer for the ‘Speaking Up for Safety' program and the Statewide Parental Evaluation of Development (PEDs) training program across Queensland Child Health Services.

Katie joined the ACHS Improvement Academy in 2023 as a valued faculty member, and in 2024 took on the role of Clinical Educator. In addition to running her own events she coaches participants of the Quality Improvement Lead program on how to deliver impactful presentations and craft compelling project summaries, with many of these being published in the IA Project Summary booklet annually.

She has co- facilitated workshops and poster sessions at national and international conferences including the IHI BMJ International Quality Forum and the Australian College of Health Services Management both in 2024.

With her passion for empowering others, Katie is dedicated to helping participants communicate their ideas effectively and with confidence.
