In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of how to include measurement over time into your everyday practice.
We are limiting the number of participants to 100.
This is a 3-hour training session, which is a total of 3 CPD points. (CPD points are a requirement for Australian healthcare professionals as part of the conditions of registration to practice in Australia, they may not be applicable to international attendees)

Associate Professor Peter Hibbert
Australian Institute of Health Innovation, Macquarie University; University of South Australia
Peter Hibbert started his health career as a physiotherapist working in Australia and the United Kingdom for 12 years. Currently, he supports Chief Investigators to manage a $10.8 million grant researching translating safe care into practice. He was an author of the Care Track Australia study – the first population-based multi-condition study of the level of evidence-based care delivered to Australian patients.
He has worked a patient safety consultant and an ACHS presenter running training programs in root cause analysis and patient safety. Prior to these roles, he was the Associate Director of Patient Safety at the National Patient Safety Agency (NPSA) in London, England where he led and managed clinical teams aiming to reduce preventable patient harm in health care across England and Wales.
ACHS Members are entitled to a discounted registration fee. To apply member discount, please ensure your organisation is a current member of ACHS at the time of registration. If you are unsure of your organisation's membership status, please contact your Clinical Governance Unit. If member price is selected by a non-member, an invoice for the difference will be issued.

Please note that registrations for this event are managed by Eventbrite which accepts payment with credit or debit card. We are unable to issue invoices outside of this system. Registrants will receive an automated tax invoice/receipt once they have finalised their payment. This can be used for reimbursement purposes.
The ACHS reserves the right to cancel any program. Full registration will be refunded if a program is cancelled or oversubscribed. *IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL* Cancellations received in writing by ACHS more than 7 days prior to the event will be accepted and all fees refunded less 10% (ex GST) of the total cost of the training. Cancellations received within 7 days of the event will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable.
