This interactive course equips healthcare professionals with practical skills to lead change, respond to resistance, and engage others effectively using real-world healthcare examples.

Effective change management helps ensure that transitions, whether introducing new systems, models of care, policies, or processes, are planned, communicated, and sustained successfully.
Through guided discussions and practical activities, participants will apply these concepts to a current change challenge in their own workplace and leave with a clearer strategy, actionable next steps, and greater confidence to lead change in healthcare settings.
